At Tweeq, every piece is made with precision and care. Because each order is crafted uniquely for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes.

However, we stand strongly behind our quality.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or refund only in the case of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Fabric issues

• Damaged or incorrect product received

• In case of Fit issues, we provide exchanges only.

To initiate a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the case and provide a solution promptly.

Not Eligible

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

• Fit, sizing, or style issues

• Change of mind

• Minor variations in color due to screen/lighting differences

Since each outfit is made exclusively for you, we can only accept returns for genuine quality concerns.
