At Tweeq, every outfit is crafted exclusively for you — made-to-measure, made on order.
Because we begin production quickly, cancellations are not acceptable.

However, if you require any modifications, you can contact us within 4 hours of order placement.

Why Cancellations Are Limited

• Each outfit is custom-made to your measurements.

• Fabrics are cut and tailoring begins soon after your order is confirmed.

• Once production starts, the product cannot be reused or resold.

This helps us maintain fair pricing, reduce waste, and ensure fast delivery.

Quality Issue Exceptions

If you receive a product with a verified quality or workmanship issue, a replacement or refund will be arranged as per our Return & Refund Policy.
